Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

GoLocal! is a website translation SaaS platform operated by Xodera OÜ, a company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia.

2. Service Description

GoLocal! provides automated AI-powered website translation services through a cloud-based platform. The service includes:

  • A JavaScript translation widget that can be embedded on any website.
  • A Bubble.io plugin for no-code platform integration.
  • An online dashboard for managing projects, translations, and billing.
  • An AI-powered translation API with intelligent caching.
  • Edge-cached translation delivery via Cloudflare CDN.

3. Account Registration

To use GoLocal!, you must create an account using Google OAuth. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the service on behalf of the entity you represent (if applicable).

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

GoLocal! offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Trial: Free, 5 days, 1 language, 1 project, 500 MAU limit. One trial per domain.
  • Starter: $15/month ($149/year), up to 5 languages, 1 project, 30,000 MAU.
  • Pro: $35/month ($349/year), up to 10 languages, 3 projects, 150,000 MAU.
  • Business: $89/month ($890/year), up to 20 languages, 10 projects, 1,000,000 MAU.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing, contact us.

All paid plans include unlimited translation words. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Xodera OÜ does not store credit card information.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Overage charges (above included MAU) are billed at $3 per 10,000 additional MAU.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limiting, or abuse prevention measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.
  • Use the service to translate content that violates export control laws.

7. Translation Quality

GoLocal! uses AI language models for translation. While we strive for high quality, machine translations may contain errors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of translation accuracy. Users are responsible for reviewing translations for critical content (legal, medical, financial documents).

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original content submitted for translation.
  • Xodera OÜ retains ownership of the GoLocal! platform, widget, APIs, and all related intellectual property.
  • You grant Xodera OÜ a limited license to process your content solely for providing the translation service.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Cloudflare, Stripe, AI providers) or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xodera OÜ's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Xodera OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
